Alica held a heartfelt employee recognition ceremony to honor the service, loyalty, and dedication of executives and team members who have contributed 5, 20, 30, and even 35 years to the companies that make up this influential business group, led by Antonio Echevarría Domínguez.
Recognizing Commitment Across the Organization
During the event, Antonio Salas Zapata, corporate coordinator of the group, highlighted the trust that shareholders and board members place in the executives and in the more than 5,000 employees who are part of Alica. He emphasized that human talent and daily commitment are the foundation of the organization’s continued growth.
Representing the shareholders, Martha Elena Echevarría García, Director of Fundación Álica, reminded attendees that the group’s achievements are the result of each employee’s effort, noting that business growth is a direct outcome of teamwork.
